LSD CAAC Middle School Football
In 2019, all little league youth football programs in the CAAC ceased grade and age divisions at the middle school level to back the new CAAC Middle School Football League. Our program, the Lansing Cowboys, followed suit by supporting Lansing School District (LSD) in establishing 7th and 8th grade teams at Lansing Eastern, Lansing Everett, and Lansing Sexton. Level Up Academics, Athletics, Wellness, Life Skills Program
In 2023, the Lansing Cowboys have partnered with the Lansing School District (LSD) to establish Lansing City Youth Football, a grassroots initiative. Our expansion includes the creation of Lansing City Level Up, a mentoring and tutoring program operating under LSD's Student Development Program. Geared toward 2nd to 8th graders, this initiative will cover academics, athletics, health, wellness, and life skills for both young men and women. Through this holistic approach, we aim to nurture and empower our youth.
This collaboration merges sports with education, fostering comprehensive development in our youth. Lansing City Level Up is committed to supporting students in their scholastic, athletic, and personal growth. Our focus extends beyond the football field, aiming to cultivate well-rounded individuals who excel academically and in life.
